Here are the specifics of what we're after:
Mandatory
1. Good understanding of OOP and experience
2. Experience in the following areas: CMS development, MVC architecture, Javascript, Ajax, HTML, CSS, Git (or any SCM), OSX / Unix, jQuery, Mobile web development
3. Sound knowledge in ORM
4. Experience in design implementation of system architectures
5. Ability to deliver quality code within tight deadlines
6. Exceptional communication skills
7. Fast learning skills
Desiered
1. Experience is e-commerce based web development
2. PM skills
