• You will be in charge of implementing digital marketing communications across all media channels. 
• You must be skilled in multi-channel marketing and should have solid experience in SEO, SEM, SMM and email marketing (CRM) to work together to come up with precise strategies and support them to  achieve
• You will be working with a small team to assist you in terms of content writing. Also, they will help you out with digital marketing campaigns as well.

• Write and create Social Media ads according to the requirement of the management team within the social media advertising platform software and social media business manager platforms, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, etc.
• Set up Social Media channels and attend to customer issues.
• Configure Google Ad Accounts, set up Google Ads campaigns and monitor and improve performance.
• Create EDM’s for distribution through Sharpspring, Mailchimp, etc.
• Analyse customer data and insights to come up with marketing strategies and at the same time draft monthly written SEO and SEM and Social Media reports for clients.
• SEO reviews and implementing the optimisation of client’s digital assets through technical, on-page and off-page channels.
• Assist in setting up workflow automation in our CRM
• Sourcing imagery for media channels, or designing the images across multiple media platforms.
• Load blogs onto sites, implement meta descriptions and SEO content
• Set up and maintain Google Analytics / GTM / GSC / GMB & Reviews

• Need to have proven ability to implement and deliver go-to-market strategies by identifying and understanding the situational challenges of diverse markets. You need to have strong skills to execute multiple channels and at the same time, you need to have up-to-date knowledge. Moreover, you need to be comfortable working in multi-stakeholder environments. 
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Social Media marketing and have Google Ads certification.
• We highly prefer if you have previous experience working with an agency along with an aptitude for the technical side of digital marketing.
• You need to be passionate and success driven. Without the slightest hesitation, you must be willing to help our team execute all areas of the marketing mix. Furthermore, you need to be independently resourceful and above all, you should be driven to pursue team success. 
• Need to have strong communication skills, with an ability to execute operational direction and secure commitment from external and internal stakeholders at all levels. 

• Should be driven, adaptable, and delivery focussed.
• Should be capable of proactively suggesting improvement opportunities, through team or individual initiatives.
• Work within timekeeping and job project software.
• Should be an awesome team member with an ability to implement unsupervised complex initiatives.
• Highly preferable if you are certified Google Ads, Facebook.
• Sound knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator & Indesign.
• Have solid design, typography and composition skills.
• Have the ability to put together solutions that directly impact the overall business performance.
• Comfortable across all tools listed above in setup and management
• Have the ability to quickly assess and understand different perspectives and situations in a fast-moving complex environment and deliver results.
• Good at communicating both written and verbally.
• Be able to analyse data and translate it into simple plain English in order for our clients to understand.
